Returns
1. How long do I have to return my order?
You have the right to return your order within 30 days after the delivery date. Please contact our customer service within this period via info@try-happypets.com
2. Who pays the return costs?
The cost of returning products is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective. If the item is defective, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label and reimburse the return costs.
3. When will I get my money back?
- After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we aim to process the refund within 5 working days.
- The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method you used.
4. What are the conditions for a return?
- Returns must be shipped in the original packaging, including all accessories.
- The item must not be used and must be returned in the same condition as when it was received.

At Happy Pets, you can enjoy free shipping on all orders to Hong Kong. We do not charge shipping costs, regardless of the size or destination of your order.

- Orders placed on weekdays before 5:00 PM (GMT+08:00) will be processed within 1-3 working days.
- The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. This delivery time is indicative and may vary depending on your location and possible delays.
