Return Policy of Happy Pets

Welcome to the return policy of Happy Pets! We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Below, you will find all the information about the return and refund process.

Returns

  • You have the right to return your order within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Contact our customer service at info@try-happypets.com within this period to arrange a return.
  • The cost of returning products is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
  • If the item is defective, we will provide a prepaid return label and reimburse the return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we aim to process the refund within 5 business days.
  • The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method you used.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be sent in the original packaging, including all accessories.
  • The item must not be used and must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • Ensure the returned item is well-packed to avoid damage during transport.

Responsibility and Recommendations

  • We are not responsible for delays or damage during the transport of returned items.
  • We recommend checking the package within 24 hours of receipt and contacting us immediately if there are any issues.

Return Method

  • We accept returns via post.
  • For defective products, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other return reasons, the shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs and Import Duties

  • For orders outside Hong Kong, customs duties and import taxes may apply.
  • These costs are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery of the order.

Address Changes

  • We will do our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee it if the order has already been processed.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to pick up at a collection point, we reserve the right to charge return and reshipping costs.
